The Three M's
Our mission is one line: to provide home service excellence through manners, methods, and materials.
Manners comes first on purpose. Most people calling us are having a rough day. A water heater went out, a breaker won't reset, there's water somewhere water shouldn't be. Nobody schedules that. The least we can do is show up kind, explain what we found without talking down to anybody, and treat your house like somebody lives in it.
Methods and materials are the craftsmanship half. Old-school craftsmanship with modern-day technology, as Dustin puts it. Do the job right, use parts that last, and don't create a problem for the next guy.
What We Do Now
Half Moon has grown well past plumbing:
Plumbing. Repairs, water heaters, drain cleaning, sewer lines, and repipes. Residential, since 2007.
Electrical. Repairs, panel upgrades, surge protection, EV chargers, and lighting. Residential and commercial.
Water Treatment. Softeners, filtration, reverse osmosis, and free water testing.
Septic. Pumping and cleaning, inspections, drain field work, and aerobic system maintenance.
